FRICH REVO EMPOWERS MORE THAN 75 OFWs IN DUBAI THROUGH FINANCIAL LITERACY SEMINAR

The FRICH Revo continued its campaign to promote financial literacy among overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), conducting another financial literacy seminar in Dubai on September 6.

More than 75 OFWs attended the seminar, led by its Managing Director Maynard Portugal, which focused on helping participants develop greater awareness of financial management, wealth-building, and long-term financial independence through rental business.

Portugal describes the Frich Revo advocacy as a movement aimed at helping overseas Filipinos break away from the “rich now, poor later” cycle by providing financial education and opportunities designed to help them work toward greater financial freedom.

The community has also conducted financial literacy programs in the UAE as part of its continuing efforts to empower Filipino workers abroad with practical knowledge that can help them make better financial decisions.

The seminar underscores the growing interest among OFWs in financial education, particularly in learning how to manage their hard-earned income, build assets, and prepare for a future beyond working overseas.
