Exactly 2 years ago, I celebrated the reversal of my Type 2 Diabetes.

Today, after another HbA1c test, I’m grateful to say…

I’m still in remission. 🙏

Latest HbA1c: 5.3%

Sa nakaraang ilang buwan, aminado ako:

Hindi na ako strict sa diet. 😝
