A child with autism often fear haircuts due to heightened sensory sensitivities to the feeling of scissors, the sound of clippers, and hair landing on their skin, as well as anxiety from changes in routine, unexpected sensations, and the overwhelming nature of a busy salon.
How to deal:
One of the help you can do for them :
Is to Offer positive reinforcement: A small reward or treat or praise, after the haircut can act as an incentive for the next visit.
Reward for these 2....🥰🫰
-No cellphone policy for children
