Little Kyzer explored our class today by learning how to count and tracing lines of number 1. Along the way, I'm constantly guiding him on how to properly hold his pencil and crayons — it takes time, but we're getting there.
I 👩🏻🏫 make sure to keep our sessions enjoyable so learning never feels like a chore for him. His big smile throughout the session says it all.

Winslette just learned multiplication table of 1 up to 4! After our discussion, she answered questions on her own and got them right.💯
She's picking things up well and I'm glad I get to help her along the way. So proud of her progress. ✖️✨

Assisted Zeke with his assignment on arranging numbers from least to greatest and greatest to least. Some parts were challenging for him, but with further explanation, he was able to understand and work through it. That's the value of having someone 👩🏻🏫 to guide you when things get tricky.

Discussed place value and representing numbers using base-10 blocks in both digits and words with Josh today. After our discussion, he went ahead and answered the activity on his own — and he got it. 💯
