REGISTRATION MODIFICATION REQUEST

Guidelines for changes in registration details:

PLEASE CHECK YOUR NAMES AND OTHER DETAILS IN THE PROVISIONAL STARTLIST FOUND IN THE LINK BELOW.

1. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED. Provided it is requested within the period stated below. An admin fee of Php200 shall be collected (only applies to acquired slots, sold or otherwise).

2. Only EMAIL requests are accepted. Send your requests to [email protected] - follow the formats below;

3. Requests must be made by the registered participant only. For acquired slots, we may require further verification, so please use your registered email address;

4. Requests are only accepted from September 15, 2025 to October 5, 2025 (11:59pm). All emails received beyond the deadline will no longer be entertained;

5. Valid identification document is required. Attach a valid ID in the email. For acquired slots, IDs of both the registered runner and the transferee must be attached.

6. Minor corrections on the spelling, T-shirt size and gender are accepted and is FREE of charge. NO category Upgrade/Downgrade is allowed.

7. T-shirt size change is allowed. However, as soon as production of the shirts starts - if it is still within the above period, we will no longer allow size change.

8. Please use the format below.

- REQUESTS MADE THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
- Please ensure all information entered are accurate before sending your email.
- NO NEW SLOTS WILL BE OPENED!

We understand you want to secure a slot for MagMa 2026, but please exercise caution when dealing with slot transfers and "slots for sale". We've heard news of "slots for sale" scams from other races.
