The City Government of Digos proudly joins the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the LEDIPOs of Davao del Sur in the celebration of AGRINEX 2026, happening from June 30 to July 2, 2026 at Gaisano Mall of Digos.

This event highlights the strength, resilience, and innovation of our local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), providing them with opportunities to showcase their products, expand their markets, and build meaningful business connections.

We extend our sincere appreciation to City Mayor Josef Fortich Cagas and Councilor Liza Maravillas Cagas for their steadfast support in promoting local economic development.

We also thank City Administrator Rex Fortich Cagas , the City Tourism Office, City Agriculturist Office, Local Youth Development Office, the Office of the City Administrator, and all partner agencies whose collaboration made our participation possible.

The recent earthquake has affected each of us differently. Some may feel worried, overwhelmed, fearful, or emotionally exhausted, while others may be trying to support family, friends, students, colleagues, and community members during this difficult time.

In response, LSL Counseling & Testing Center OPC is offering a FREE Crisis-Informed Support Training to help professionals, students, teachers, staff, leaders, and helping individuals better understand how to support others in the aftermath of a crisis.

This is not a counseling or debriefing session. Rather, it is an opportunity to learn practical ways of providing support, responding with compassion, and caring for ourselves while helping others.

MSME BUSINESS FUND – NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS

The MSME Business Fund of the Small Business Corporation (SB Corp), in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), is now available to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) nationwide.

This program provides financial assistance to enterprises requiring additional capital to address operational challenges, manage rising costs, and support business continuity and expansion.

Program Features:
• Loanable Amount: ₱30,000 to ₱20,000,000
• Collateral-Free Loans: Up to ₱5,000,000
• Loan Term: Up to five (5) years
• Grace Period: Up to one (1) year for eligible products
• Interest Rate: 12% per annum (diminishing balance)

Documentary Requirements:
• Government-issued ID
• Mayor’s Business Permit
• Proof of Bank Account
• Photos of Business Operations (including assets and inventory)
• Corporate Documents, if applicable

Application Procedure:
Interested applicants may submit their applications through the SB Corp Money App or access the online platform at: https://app.sbcorp.ph

LOOK | Investment Programming Meeting Conducted Today at Avenue One Hotel

The Local Economic and Development Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) convened an Investment Programming Meeting today at Avenue One Hotel to review priority initiatives and strengthen internal coordination in preparation for the 2026 development cycle.

The session focused on reinforcing teamwork, collaboration, and the convergence of ideas, recognizing these as essential in establishing a proactive and productive Economic Development approach for 2026.

LEDIPO personnel discussed strategic priorities, assessed ongoing programs, and explored opportunities to enhance implementation, resource planning, and overall support for local economic development.

The meeting reaffirmed LEDIPO’s commitment to advancing a unified and development-oriented agenda as the office prepares for a more responsive and forward-looking 2026.
