Three babies. Three beautiful breastfeeding journeys. šŸ¤šŸ¤±šŸ»

Today, I had the privilege of doing breastfeeding coaching for a repeat client—for the 3rd time! 🄹

Her first baby is now 7 years old, and she breastfed her for 4 years. Her second baby is almost 3 years old. And now, here we are again with her beautiful newborn, just 2 weeks old. šŸ¤

What a blessing it is to witness not just one, but three precious chapters of her motherhood journey. Thank you for trusting me again and again to be part of these intimate and meaningful moments.

And Mama, I am so proud of you. šŸ„¹ā¤ļø You continue to show how brave, courageous, committed, and dedicated you are to giving your babies the gift of breastfeeding.

Because breastfeeding is more than just feeding. It takes commitment, dedication, patience, and so much love.

Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you through all three journeys. It is truly an honor to witness your motherhood unfold. šŸ¤

From a participant… to a speaker. šŸ¤

Today, I had one of those full-circle moments that I will forever keep in my heart.

I attended the 13th National Breastfeeding Congress not just as a delegate, but with the privilege of being invited as a guest speaker—sharing my knowledge and experience on supporting mothers during those crucial first 72 hours.

As Coach Pau, this moment means so much to me.

I still remember when I was simply a mom who believed that breastfeeding mattered. I had breast milk, I wanted to share it, and I wanted to help other mothers experience the same support and encouragement.

What started from that simple desire became an advocacy.

For 11 years, I have been learning, growing, showing up, and walking alongside mothers through their breastfeeding journeys. Hindi naging madali ang lahat. There were challenges, doubts, and moments when I questioned if I was doing enough.

But I kept going.

And today, I stood in front of fellow breastfeeding advocates and healthcare professionals—not because I know everything, but because every mother I have supported, every experience, every lesson, and every year of doing this work has taught me something worth sharing.

From being a participant in the audience, to standing on the stage as a speaker.

What a beautiful reminder that sometimes, you don’t realize how far you’ve come until you look back. šŸ„¹šŸ¤

To all my patients and mothers who continue to trust Coach Pau Lactation Support, thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important chapter in your motherhood journey. You are a huge part of why I continue this advocacy.

And to everyone who has believed in me, especially during the times when I struggled to believe in myself—thank you.

I am deeply grateful to the organizing committee of the 13th National Breastfeeding Congress for this opportunity.

Special thanks to Dr. Jill Pardo for guiding me throughout the process, Dr. Arbie for remembering me, believing in me, and inviting me to become one of the speakers, Dr. Janezza and Nurse Lena for constantly checking on me, and Nurse Caren, our class moderator, for making the session such a wonderful experience.

Today was more than just a speaking engagement.

It was a reminder of why I started.

And why, after 11 years, I still choose to show up for mothers. šŸ¤

With so much gratitude in my heart, thank you for trusting Coach Pau.

🤱 Every mother deserves to breastfeed with confidence, not confusion.

One of the greatest blessings of my life is walking alongside mothers during one of their most vulnerable and beautiful seasons.

Breastfeeding isn’t always easy. Some moms experience pain, low milk supply, latching challenges, or simply need reassurance that they’re doing enough. And that’s okay—you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

As a breastfeeding coach, my mission is to provide evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and a safe space where every mother feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, navigating the first few days postpartum, or overcoming breastfeeding challenges, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

✨ Every feeding is a chance to nurture.
✨ Every mother deserves support.
✨ Every journey is unique.

If you or someone you know needs breastfeeding guidance, feel free to send me a message. I’d be honored to be part of your breastfeeding journey. šŸ’›

With love,
Coach Pau

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is witnessing a mother’s confidence bloom.

Today, I had a successful home visit with a beautiful mama welcoming her second baby. She shared that with her first child, breastfeeding wasn’t part of her journey. But this time, she made a different decision—to breastfeed.

It’s never about perfection. It’s about having the right support, the right information, and someone to remind you that you can do this.

Every successful latch, every feeding, every ounce of confidence gained is a beautiful beginning. šŸ¤

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your breastfeeding journey. One mama at a time, we’re changing stories for the better. 🌿

Just finished a lactation coaching session today. šŸ’š

Every time I sit down with a new mom, I’m reminded that breastfeeding is about so much more than milk.

Behind every feeding challenge is a mother wondering if she’s enough.

A mother who is tired.
A mother who is trying her best.
A mother who simply needs someone to say, ā€œYou’re doing a great job.ā€

Today, we worked on feeding goals, answered questions, and created a plan that works for both mom and baby.

But my favorite part?

Seeing a mother’s shoulders relax when she realizes she doesn’t have to figure everything out alone.

This is why I do what I do.

One conversation.
One family.
One empowered mama at a time. ✨

To every mom reading this: you are not failing. You are learning, growing, and loving your baby the best way you can. And that matters. šŸ¤

There’s something so fulfilling about helping new parents feel more confident in their breastfeeding journey šŸ¤

Today, I had another online lactation coaching session and my heart is full. As a mom, I know how overwhelming the newborn stage can feel — the doubts, sleepless nights, latch struggles, worries if baby is getting enough milk… 🄺

That’s why I’m grateful I get to share my knowledge, support, and encouragement to fellow moms and parents wherever they are. Sometimes, all a new parent needs is guidance, reassurance, and someone who truly understands ✨

Breastfeeding is not always easy, but no mama should feel alone in the journey šŸ¤

To all the new parents out there — you are doing better than you think. 🌷

One of the most rewarding parts of being a lactation coach is when former patients come back and trust me again for their next breastfeeding journey. šŸ¤āœØ

Today’s online coaching was a refresher and review session for her second baby — talking about what to expect, how to prepare, and how to make this new breastfeeding experience smoother and more confident. 🌿

So grateful for the continued trust. It’s such an honor to walk alongside families not just once, but through different seasons of motherhood. šŸ’

Happy Breastfeeding!!

Successful online lactation coaching session today šŸ¤āœØ

So grateful to help and guide moms through their breastfeeding journey — even virtually. Seeing both mom and baby thrive, gain confidence, and overcome challenges together will always be the most fulfilling part of what I do. 🌿

Every feeding journey deserves support, encouragement, and a safe space. šŸ’

Watching new parents grow in confidence while learning to care for their baby is such a beautiful thing to witness. šŸ¤

As a lactation coach, my goal is not just to help moms breastfeed — but to support families as they adjust, heal, learn, and thrive together in this new season of life. 🌿

Every latch, every small win, every ā€œwe finally did itā€ moment matters. Parenthood is a journey, and no parent should feel alone in it. ✨

Happy Breastfeeding!✨🌷
