As the sun rose on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐇𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬 proudly joined the 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲'𝐬 𝟏𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲. The program started with a Civic-Military Parade starting from Plaza Sugbo to Plaza Independencia where proud Filipinos marched with pride and love in honor of the nation's hard-earned freedom. This was followed by a Eucharistic Celebration, a moment of reflection and gratitude for the blessings enjoyed by every Filipino. 💫

The commemoration continued with the Flag-Raising and Wreath-Laying Ceremony, paying tribute to the heroes whose courage and sacrifices paved the way for Philippine independence. 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐑. 𝐎𝐬𝐦𝐞ñ𝐚 delivered the welcome remarks and a message from 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃. 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥, highlighting the importance of preserving the values of unity, nationalism, and service to the country. 🇵🇭🤍

𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧 reminds us that freedom lives on through the hearts and actions of every Filipino. 🗣️

On the morning of 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 proudly marked the beginning of a new academic year by warmly welcoming the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟕 students. 💚🤗

Before the flag ceremony began, the 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐇𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬, 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐇𝐢 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬, and 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 - 𝟏 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭 assembled at the oval, showcasing precision and teamwork through their synchronized formations and respectful salutes. Through every step and formation, we extended a heartfelt message to the new learners: “𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗛𝗶, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟳" accompanied by a "𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙨" sign. 😁🪧

A 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was awarded to 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 to acknowledge the unwavering support and significant contributions to the implementation of the Girl Scouts Program and Activities. ✨🎗️

On 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, guided by the 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 and hosted by 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, the 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐇𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬 gathered for a solemn 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲. This sacred rite, observed during National Flag Days, gives our worn-out flags a proper and dignified with respect.

These pieces of cloth carries colors that symbolizes our country's independence and sovereignty. As they turn to ash, their meaning does not fade; instead, it becomes part of our history remembered by our memory. It reminds us that while the physical flag may retire, the ideals of freedom, bravery, and unity still stands for remains forever burning bright in our hearts.

As we approach Independence Day, let us promise to protect the honor of our nation, just as this flag protected our identity for so long. 🇵🇭❤️
