Information Literacy Program (ILP) officially begins today!

The University Library - Lucena City officially launched its Information Literacy Program (ILP) today, welcoming Enverga students to an engaging orientation designed to introduce them to the latest library services, resources, and facilities.

The ILP aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively access and utilize the University Libraries' collections, digital resources, and various academic support services. Through this program, students will gain a better understanding of how the library can support their learning, research, and overall academic success.

As part of the orientation, participants will also enjoy a guided tour of the University Libraries, allowing them to become familiar with the library's facilities, study spaces, and services available to the Enverga community.

We look forward to seeing more students participate in the Information Literacy Program and discover how the University Library can be their partner in achieving academic excellence.

The University Libraries is pleased to announce that the Book Selection for School Year 2026–2027 officially begins today, July 21, and will run until July 28, 2026.
We warmly invite all Deans, Principals, Faculty Members, and Student Representatives to visit the Book Selection Area during the scheduled period.
To ensure an organized and efficient selection process, kindly observe the following guidelines:
• Please sign in on the attendance sheet upon arrival.
• Accomplish the Book Selection Evaluation Form for the titles you recommend.
• Librarians and Student Assistants will be available throughout the activity to provide assistance.
• Kindly avoid mixing books from different suppliers. Each supplier’s collection has been arranged and displayed on separate tables. If you wish to compare books from different suppliers, please seek assistance from the library staff.
Your recommendations are invaluable in strengthening our library collection and ensuring that our resources continue to support the University’s academic programs and the learning needs of our students.

LIBRARY SERVICE ADVISORY

Please be informed that on July 24, 2026 (Friday), only the Circulation and Reserve Section (CRS) will be available to process library clearance transactions.

Additionally, only Reading Area 1 will be open to accommodate library users.

This temporary arrangement is due to the In-Service Training 2026 of the University Libraries Personnel and Work Study Grantees.
