Position: PURCHASING OFFICER

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is highly preferred, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Skilled in canvassing, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Can coordinate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and warehouse personnel.
- Willing to conduct supplier visits and site coordination when needed.
