Rest in peace, Ka Freddie
This song is dedicated to an OPM legend whose music and spirit will forever resonate with the Filipino people. The last time we spoke, your warmth and humility left a lasting impression. I was honored when you welcomed my request to create a rap version of your song and even invited me to Ka Freddie's Music Bar for a proper collaboration.
It was a privilege to share that conversation with you, a true icon who shaped the landscape of Filipino music. Your legacy lives on through the songs that continue to inspire and uplift generations.
Gone but never forgotten!
