All teams must check in and be ready at least 30 minutes before their designated match time. Teams that are incomplete or fail to show up within this window will automatically face a default loss.

Punctuality is strictly enforced. Once a match is called, the schedule stands. no extensions, delays, or excuses will be entertained. Arrive on time or risk immediate disqualification. (MAX 5 MINS WAITING TIME)
