3 more open slots until September ends. đ
If youâve been wanting to improve your performance but donât know where to start, I created P3 (Prescription Performance Program) to help you train with more purpose and direction.
As your 2-in-1 Sports MD + Hybrid Athletic Training Coach, I look at both sides of the equation: your health and your performance. đŠşđď¸
Through P3, we work on what you actually need, whether thatâs:
⢠Building strength, conditioning, and athleticism
⢠Improving sport or hybrid performance
⢠Creating a structured and sustainable training plan
⢠Progressing with intention instead of simply doing more
⢠Making smarter decisions around training, recovery, and returning from injury
My goal isnât just to give you workouts. Itâs to help you understand why youâre training a certain way, how your body responds, and how we can move you toward your performance goals.
If youâre curious about P3 and wondering if itâs a good fit for you, feel free to send me a message. We can have a quick chat about your goals and take it from there.
3 slots left for September. See you in training. đŞ
A mistake can happen in a split second, but you donât have to let it affect the next play. Reset, trust your training, and stay present.
One ball at a time. One play at a time.
Karlaâs 100-day transformation is a great example of what happens when training is built around performance, not just weight loss.
She lost 6.83 kg, but the number on the scale is only one part of the story.
We first built her strength foundation through progressive training. Then we worked on converting that strength into power, speed, and rotational force that could actually transfer to her golf swing.
We also developed her conditioning so she could maintain energy, focus, and quality movement through 4+ hour rounds.
And the results started showing up where they mattered most: a more fluid and controlled swing, better rotational power, improved stamina, and greater confidence heading into tournaments.
She even noticed the benefits outside golf, with increased power carrying over to her Muay Thai training.
The goal of strength & conditioning isnât simply to make athletes stronger.
Itâs to make that strength useful.

Being able to lift heavy doesnât automatically mean you know how to use that strength well.
Strength is your ability to produce force, control your body, coordinate movement, and apply force when it matters. And like any skill, it improves through quality practice.
Thatâs why your reps matter. Your body is constantly learning from what you practice. Good reps teach control, positioning, timing, and force production. Repeated sloppy reps teach those too.
For hybrid athletes, this is where strength training becomes more than just getting stronger in the gym. The goal is to transfer that strength into performance: running faster, jumping higher, changing direction, lifting efficiently, and maintaining quality movement even when fatigue kicks in.
Donât just chase more weight.
Build strength you know how to use.

Sports nutrition isnât about eating âperfect.â Itâs about eating with purpose.
The goal isnât just to eat healthyâitâs to have enough fuel to train hard, enough protein to recover, and the right nutrition strategy to perform when it matters.
Because what you eat should support what youâre asking your body to do.

GLP-1s can be a useful tool for weight managementâbut they donât replace the fundamentals.
For athletes, the goal isnât just to lose weight. Itâs to protect muscle, maintain strength, and keep performing.

You wonât always feel motivated. Thatâs okay. Show up anyway. đŞ
Progress is built on the days you choose to keep goingâeven when you donât feel like it.

Volleyball started my journey. But sports science made me want to explore beyond it. đ
Lately, Iâve been diving deeper into hybrid & athletic trainingâlearning how we can move better, perform better, and become more resilient across different sports.
For me, itâs the perfect way to combine two things Iâve always loved:
Sports. Science. And helping athletes become better. â¤ď¸
