Our latest project for a client based in Hawaii, a 270+ sqm modern contemporary retirement house sitting on a 1,900 sqm lot in Lalawigan, Samal, Bataan.

The design features a clean, horizontal silhouette with warm wood accents and an elevated floor line for a more prominent stance. With such a generous lot area, we were able to maximize the layout with an open, high-ceiling interior and expansive windows that invite natural light and airflow.

Complete with a wide porch and a private swimming pool, this home is designed for a relaxed lifestyle and stands as a solid investment for the future.

The UAP National President, Ar Donato B Magcale, FUAP, SFRIA, AA, APEC Ar. joins the community of Filipino architects and the general public in welcoming the Resolution of the Second Division of the Supreme Court affirming the finality of its earlier Decision, which recognized that with the enactment of Section 20 of the Architecture Act of 2004, that only registered and licensed architects may prepare, sign, and seal architectural documents.
