A thought that comes to mind:

The higher the calling, the greater the need for humility.

A leader who cannot receive rebuke has already become dangerous. Even kings in Scripture were confronted by prophets, and wise men listened when corrected.

The moment a leader uses position to demand blind submission, manipulate people, or silence correction, they stop reflecting Christ and start reflecting pride.

When rebuke is seen as disrespect and suggestions are treated as attacks, humility has already left the room.

Forcing personal biases and demanding blind submission does not reflect spiritual maturity. It reveals insecurity clothed in authority. True leadership does not silence others; it listens with humility.

Respect that is demanded is no longer genuine honor. True spiritual leadership does not crush people into submission; it serves, listens, corrects with humility, and walks in love. Jesus washed feet, carried burdens, and humbled Himself.

Remember this: the same God who raises leaders up is also the God who humbles those who exalt themselves.

Hinihikayat namin ang mga senior citizens at kanilang mga pamilya na agad ireport sa NCSC ang anumang uri ng ganitong insidente.
