Noong 2024 lang po inalis ang Annual Registration Fee dahil sa RA No. 11976 Ease of Paying Taxes Act
Kung kayo po ay hindi pa nakafile, kailangan mag-file at magbayad na para hindi na lumaki ang interest.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗲-𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗘𝗦𝗣𝘀)

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) clarifies that, as of September 14, 2026, it has not accredited, authorized, certified, recognized, or endorsed any entity as an official BIR e-Invoicing Service Provider (ESP), partner, representative, or solution provider.

The public is advised to exercise due diligence and verify any claims of BIR accreditation or authorization only through official BIR issuances and communication channels.

Pending the issuance of the policies, guidelines, accreditation requirements, and implementation framework for the Electronic Invoicing Program, the BIR is also temporarily suspending ESP-related meetings, consultations, presentations, product demonstrations, business proposals, and similar engagements.

Please await official BIR announcements and guidelines on ESP accreditation, participation, onboarding, and technical integration.
