𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 | 𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗨-𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗢 𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗬𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡

Sharing a healthy meal is more than just eating together, it is an opportunity to strengthen friendships, build meaningful connections, and encourage one another to practice healthy eating habits.

As part of the Nutrition Month celebration, our Grade 7 and Grade 8 learners gathered for a Salu-Salo sa Masustansyang Tanghalian, where they enjoyed nutritious meals together in an atmosphere filled with laughter, camaraderie, and unity. This simple yet meaningful activity reminded everyone that healthy eating becomes even more enjoyable when shared with others.

Through this celebration, our learners embraced the value of proper nutrition, friendship, and community. Together, let us continue to make healthy choices, inspire one another, and build a stronger, happier, and healthier Olympian family.

𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 | 𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗭 𝗕𝗘𝗘 & 𝗭𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗔

Learning about proper nutrition becomes even more meaningful when knowledge is paired with active participation and a healthy lifestyle.

As part of the Nutrition Month celebration, our learners showcased their knowledge and critical thinking skills during the Nutrition Quiz Bee, where they answered questions about healthy eating, proper nutrition, and overall wellness. The event encouraged learners to deepen their understanding of the importance of making informed and healthy food choices.

To promote the value of physical fitness, the celebration also featured an energetic Zumba session that inspired learners, teachers, and school personnel to stay active while having fun. Through music and movement, participants experienced the joy of exercise and recognized its role in maintaining a healthy body and mind.

Together, let us continue to embrace healthy eating, active living, and lifelong wellness as we celebrate Nutrition Month and build a stronger, healthier school community.

As part of the Nutrition Month celebration, our learners prepared nutritious meals with the guidance and support of their parents. Through this activity, they explored the importance of choosing healthy ingredients, practicing proper food preparation, and creating balanced meals that provide the energy and nutrients needed for a healthy lifestyle.

Beyond developing basic cooking skills, the activity strengthened family bonding and encouraged learners to appreciate the value of healthy eating. It also reminded everyone that preparing nutritious food is a shared responsibility and an important step toward achieving overall health and well-being.

Together, let us continue to make healthy choices every day and embrace the spirit of Nutrition Month by nourishing our bodies, strengthening our families, and building a healthier future.

𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 | 𝗦𝗚 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

As part of the Student Council election activities for School Year 2026–2027, candidates for the Grade 7, Grade 11, and Grade 12 Governor and Vice President positions participated in a leadership debate held at the school auditorium.

The candidates shared their perspectives on leadership, governance, and student representation, including whether academic performance should influence eligibility for leadership roles. The debate provided a platform for aspiring student leaders to present their ideas and demonstrate their commitment to serving the student body.

Through informed discussions and respectful exchange of ideas, the event empowered students to make thoughtful decisions as they prepare to elect the next generation of Olympian leaders.

𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 | 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦' 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳

As we begin the School Year 2026–2027, Golden Olympus Colleges, Inc. welcomed parents and guardians to the General Parents' Orientation 2026. The orientation provided important updates on the curriculum, grading system, school policies, and student welfare to ensure a successful academic year.

Following the general assembly, parents met with their children's class advisers to discuss classroom expectations, academic progress, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.

Together, we continue to build a supportive learning community where every Olympian can achieve excellence.
