The Student Affairs and Services – Student Development Services warmly extends its sincerest gratitude and farewell to Dr. Arnold E. Velasco as he concludes his term as President of Tarlac State University — a tenure defined by dedicated service, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to institutional growth.

Throughout his presidency, Dr. Velasco demonstrated exemplary stewardship of university affairs — forging meaningful partnerships, strengthening stakeholder relations, and fostering effective collaboration with external institutions. His efforts significantly expanded the university's network and enhanced the reach and sustainability of its programs, leaving a lasting imprint on the TSU community.

This moment marks not only the close of a remarkable chapter, but also a celebration of the collaborative initiatives he championed and the lasting presence he has built across various sectors. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning external support with the university's core objectives — a legacy that will continue to resonate long after his term.

OSAS ANNUAL PLANNING (SEPTEMBER 4–5, 2025)

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) will be conducting its annual planning on September 4–5, 2025 (Thursday and Friday).

In line with this, all transactions and services under the various offices of OSAS will be temporarily unavailable on the aforementioned dates.

Regular operations will resume on September 9, 2025 (Tuesday).

ANNOUNCEMENT | Office of Business and Auxiliary Services

The university's Business Center officially launches the TSU ID Scheduling System.

This system was created to give students the opportunity to choose their preferred schedule for claiming their IDs.

Visit https://scheduling.tsu.edu.ph/ to book your appointment.

The TSU ID Scheduling System is open to all year levels, including those requesting a replacement or who have lost their ID.
