Project Jugnu - Promoting Inclusive Society

Youth in Difficult Circumstances - YDC is a cross-sectoral multi country programme being implemented by UGOOD and its implementing partners in Pakistan that seeks to contribute to the equal rights and s*xual autonomy for s*xually marginalized members of the society. It also aims to contribute to the overall objective of the Dutch Government’s policy position on s*xual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), including “more respect for the s*xual and reproductive health and rights of groups who suffer from discrimination, such as s*xual minority groups, drug users and s*x workers”. Further it aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations, groups and networks of s*xual minority persons so that they can individually and/or collectively speaks out on and challenge infringements of their human rights on the basis of s*xual orientation.

UGOOD would like to extend cordial thanks and deep gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Netherlands for granting this project to Oxfam Pakistan.
