Spreading Light and Hope in Orangi Town
Service finds its truest meaning in the lives it touches, a truth deeply felt during our very first visit on Sunday, August 30, 2026, to the Nasim Iqbal Eye Camp in Orangi Town—a cause Laal Roti has long been proud to support as a regular donor. Attending at the heartfelt invitation of Rtn. M. Ibrahim, we were received with wonderful warmth and hospitality. Since 2006, this clinic has quietly worked miracles, providing free medical care sustained by the generous donations of family and friends. Guided through the facility, our hearts grew full meeting the forty patients preparing for cataract surgery. Witnessing their journey from shadow into light was unforgettable, and we are deeply grateful to Rtn. M. Ibrahim Barry for making Laal Roti a part of his incredible journey.

Rooted in Joy: Laal Roti's Day of Connection with SIP
On a beautifully breezy and picturesque Saturday, August 22, the Laal Roti team had the absolute joy of participating in a wonderful series of programs thoughtfully arranged by the Senior Involvement Programme (SIP) at Konj. Surrounded by scenic beauty, our members engaged in heartwarming activities, from creative leaf painting and an energizing drum circle to the most meaningful highlight of all—a dedicated plantation drive. It was a deeply touching experience to plant numerous trees, including special ones dedicated to the extraordinary people who shape and inspire our lives. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to SIP for inviting us and orchestrating such a soulful, vibrant day that beautifully blended environmental care with enduring personal tributes.
