Payoneer and Fiverr have quietly created a trap that is already catching people off guard, and once you fall into it, there is no way out.

Here is what is going on. A lot of freelancers in Pakistan and similar markets have stopped withdrawing their dollars into local bank accounts. Instead they sell those dollars peer to peer in the local market at rates higher than the official bank rate. Payoneer knows this. So they started disabling accounts that show Payoneer to Payoneer transfers, treating everyone like a currency trader even if you have never touched the open market in your life.

Now here is where it gets really ugly for agency owners.

If you run a Fiverr agency and manage multiple seller accounts, you are collecting payments across those accounts and naturally sending funds from one Payoneer to another. That is just how agencies operate. But Payoneer does not care about your business model. To their system, those internal transfers look suspicious and your accounts start getting flagged one by one.

The real problem is not even the block itself. The real problem is what happens after.

Once Payoneer disables an account that is connected to your Fiverr profile, Fiverr will not let you remove it. You go to disconnect the payment method and it simply does not work. Fiverr tells you to contact Payoneer. Payoneer is not listening. So you are stuck in a loop with a dead payment method permanently sitting on your Fiverr account and zero ability to replace it with a new one because Fiverr is also not allowing you to add a fresh Payoneer account in its place.
