Strengthening Academic Supervision for Quality Education

Academic supervision is central to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), fostering effective mentoring, classroom support, and continuous teacher development.

Under the GPE-supported CPD initiative, CPD-PITE has trained 300 Academic Supervisors, who are currently mentoring and supporting over 4,500 trained teachers across 1,500 schools in Balochistan.

Building on this success, applications are now invited from eligible Cluster Teachers for the position of Academic Supervisor in 16 GPE-UNICEF-focused districts: Quetta, Jhal Magsi, Zhob, Lasbela, Usta Muhammad, Chaman, Killa Saifullah, Nushki, Barshore, Kachhi, Jaffarabad, Pishin, Loralai, Kech, Hub, and Gwadar.

This initiative seeks to further strengthen academic leadership and enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the province.

πŸ“Œ Last date for submission of applications: 1 August 2026

Together, let us strengthen academic supervision and advance quality education in Balochistan.
