📌 خسوفِ قمر (Blood Moon / Lunar Eclipse) کے موقع پر سنتِ نبوی ﷺ

جب سورج یا چاند گرہن لگے تو یہ اللہ کی نشانیوں میں سے ہے۔ اس وقت ہمیں اللہ کی طرف رجوع کرنا چاہئے۔

🌙 رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"چاند اور سورج کسی کی موت یا زندگی کی وجہ سے گرہن نہیں لگتے بلکہ یہ اللہ کی نشانیوں میں سے ہیں، جب تم یہ دیکھو تو نماز پڑھو اور دعا کرو۔"
(بخاری و مسلم)

🕌 نمازِ کسوف کا طریقہ

2 رکعت نماز نفل ادا کریں۔

ہر رکعت میں طویل قراءت کریں (اگر ممکن ہو)۔

رکوع اور سجدے میں لمبائی کریں۔

نماز کے بعد کثرت سے دعائیں، استغفار اور صدقہ کریں۔

استغفار: "أستغفر الله ربي من كل ذنب وأتوب إليه" (100 مرتبہ)

آیت الکرسی (3 مرتبہ)

سورہ اخلاص، فلق، ناس (3 مرتبہ)

🤲 اس وقت دعا کریں:

گناہوں کی معافی

گھر اور اہلِ خانہ کی حفاظت

رزق میں کشادگی اور برکت

امتِ مسلمہ کی بھلائی

🟢 یاد رکھیں:
گرہن کے وقت گھبراہٹ نہیں، بلکہ رجوع الی اللہ، نماز، ذکر، دعا اور صدقہ ہی اصل عمل ہے۔

📌 Blood Moon (Lunar Eclipse) and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ

When the sun or moon is eclipsed, it is among the signs of Allah. At that time, we should turn towards Allah.

🌙 The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“The sun and the moon are not eclipsed because of the death or life of anyone, but they are two of the signs of Allah. So when you see them, pray and make supplication.”
(Bukhari & Muslim)

🕌 How to Perform Salat al-Kusoof (Eclipse Prayer)

Perform 2 rak‘ah (units) of prayer.

Recite long portions of Qur’an in each rak‘ah (if possible).

Prolong the bowing (ruku‘) and prostration (sujood).

After the prayer, make abundant supplications, seek forgiveness, and give charity.

📿 Remembrances and Supplications

Istighfar: Astaghfirullaha Rabbi min kulli dhanbin wa atoobu ilayh (100 times).

Ayat-ul-Kursi (3 times).

Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Naas (3 times each).

🤲 Make Dua For:

Forgiveness of sins.

Protection of your home and family.

Increase and blessing in sustenance (rizq).

The well-being of the Muslim Ummah.

Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) is remembered as a courageous hero of Pakistan who made history with his bravery. Born on February 17, 1951, in Karachi, he joined the Pakistan Air Force in March 1971. On August 20, 1971, during a routine training flight, he thwarted an attempt by his Bengali instructor to hijack his plane to India. Despite the danger, Rashid Minhas heroically crashed the plane, sacrificing his life to prevent it from crossing into enemy territory, becoming the youngest recipient of the Nishan-e-Haider.
