Taleemdan is a grassroots organization established in the aftermath of the devastating floods of 2021-2022, which severely impacted public sector schools across the affected regions. The campaign was initiated with a mission to mobilize communities and advocate for the renovation and rehabilitation of schools that suffered extensive damage during the floods. For many girls in our country, education is still a dream.
Let’s turn that dream into a reality.
Make education possible for every child. Education is a right, not a privilege.

TaleemDaan organized a General Assembly in Village Fatal Gopang, Khairpur, to raise our collective voice for the shelter-less GBPS Fatal Gopang.
Approved in documents but the school is still shelter-less.
Article 25-A guarantees every child the right to free and compulsory education. That promise cannot be fulfilled without school-specific infrastructure budgets that ensure safe and dignified learning spaces.
Every child deserves a classroom—not just a promise.
Celebrating my 2nd year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

During a Grade 6 girls’ enrollment drive in Khairpur, Sukkur, and Naushahro Feroze, I visited a primary school under the shadow of the Ranipur Sugar Mills.
The school is shelter-less and lacks basic facilities, most of the parents work for mill, Despite limited resources, parents still hold hope that education can change their children’s future.
This is a clear call for action through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). A small investment in infrastructure and basic learning facilities can transform the lives of these children, especially girls.
Education is a right, not a privilege. It is time we act.

Across Sindh, academic activities in schools were suspended today due to strike/Boycott against pention law. one teacher was painting “Welcome” on her school walls with her own hands.
This is the spirit that keeps education alive, not protests, but dedication.

In 2010 and again in 2022, we witnessed the devastating impact of floods on our communities. After the 2022 floods, we formed Taleemdan to organize communities to restore schools and bring children back to classrooms.
Yet, even after three years, hundreds of schools remain unrepaired and thousands of children are still out of school. Floods and climate change continue to threaten their future.
It’s time to unite and organize for climate action.
