Trauma-Informed CBT — June to September 2026 Cohort
The CBT most therapists were taught at university doesn’t prepare you for trauma clients. Standard protocols can re-traumatise. Stabilisation gets skipped. Window of tolerance gets ignored.
This is the version of CBT I wish I’d been taught — built for therapists who actually see trauma in practice, not just in textbooks.

DBT Skills for Therapists — June to September 2026 Cohort
Linehan’s four skill modules — Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness — work for far more than borderline personality disorder. They work for the anxious client, the depressed client, the dysregulated teenager, the burned-out professional.
Most therapists I trained with had heard of DBT. Few had actually been taught how to deliver it. This is that course.

Professional Hypnotherapy Certification — June to September 2026 Cohort
Clinical hypnotherapy isn’t stage tricks, past-life regression, or new-age repackaging. It’s a research-supported clinical adjunct with Cochrane evidence behind it for procedural pain, gut-directed work for IBS, and burn wound care anxiety.
What it isn’t — and what I don’t teach — is a magic cure-all.
If you’ve been put off hypnotherapy by the way it’s marketed in our region, this is the disciplined version. Taught by a practicing counselling psychologist, not a hype merchant.

NLP Life Coaching — June to September 2026 Cohort
Honest framing first: NLP isn’t an evidence-based “therapy”and we don’t teach it as one. It’s a coaching framework — a set of practical reframing tools, language patterns, and state-management techniques that work alongside therapy or coaching, not in place of it.
Most NLP training overclaims. This one doesn’t. If you want a clean coaching toolkit you can actually defend to a clinically-trained colleague, this is it.
