Our Pavilion team is ready to support newcomers by sharing their own experience of studying at UW and living in Warsaw.

Two days ago, the team took part in an integration workshop prepared by the wonderful University Volunteer Centre! 🎉 Through a series of activities, they got to know one another better, discovered their strengths and learned how to work effectively as a team.

Now they’re ready to welcome you at the Pavilion and help make your start at UW easier! 💪

We can help you with university formalities, USOS, course registration, student ID cards, accommodation, health care, legalisation of stay and finding the right university office.

Welcome Point’s Pavilion season is here — for the 10th time! 💙💚

For five weeks, our additional temporary information spot will be open to all newcomers at the University of Warsaw.

Opening period:

September 14 – October 16, 2026
Monday–Friday | 9:00 am–4:30 pm

💡 So… what’s in it for you?

Get guidance on university formalities such as USOS, eduroam Wi-Fi, course registration and student ID cards, as well as practical matters including accommodation, dormitories, health care, legalisation of stay, campus orientation, language courses and sports opportunities.

Our team will also share everyday tips on who to ask, where to go and how to make your start at UW smooth and stress-free.

📍 Where can you find us?

At the UW Main Campus. You will recognise the Pavilion by its white tent-like structure and Welcome Point signs!

No appointment is needed — simply drop in during the opening hours and ask us anything. 😊

🎉 Welcome Days 2026 at the University of Warsaw!

Are you starting your studies at UW in the 2026/2027 academic year? Join Welcome Days—meetings organised by Welcome Point to help new long-term international students begin their university journey with confidence.

Starting at a new university can feel overwhelming, especially when you also need to navigate a new city, academic system and administrative procedures. During Welcome Days, we will explain the most important aspects of studying at UW and show you where to find information and support.

During the meeting, you will:
✨ learn how the University of Warsaw works;
✨ receive practical information about studies and administrative procedures;
✨ discover student organisations, sports, cultural activities and other opportunities;
✨ find out where to seek support during your studies;
✨ get useful tips about living and studying in Warsaw;
✨ meet other students beginning their studies at UW.

After the meeting, participants will also be able to join a guided walk around the UW Main Campus.
