Last weekend, we came together to celebrate a truly special milestone: 20 years of BPX! 🎉

It was a weekend dedicated not only to looking back at what we have achieved together, but also to celebrating the people behind our journey, sharing our ambitions for the years ahead, supporting charitable initiatives close to us, and simply enjoying time together as one team.

Over three days at Narvil Hotel, we enjoyed an incredible concert by Kamil Bednarek, outdoor adventures, team activities, a beach barbecue, and countless opportunities to connect beyond our everyday work.

One of the highlights was our anniversary gala on the first evening - a moment to celebrate two decades of growth, challenges, achievements and shared experiences, while recognizing the people who have shaped BPX along the way 🥂

But our 20th anniversary was about more than looking back. It was also about what comes next - new ideas, new ambitions, new challenges and the next chapter we will build together.

20 years behind us. And so much more still ahead!

🔍 Does every SAP issue really require a system change?

In day-to-day SAP and ERP support, it's easy to focus on resolving tickets as quickly as possible. The ticket gets closed, SLA targets are met and the issue appears to be solved.

But is it really?

Recurring incidents often indicate that the root cause lies deeper than the system itself. The challenge may stem from unclear processes, data quality issues, ownership gaps, or the way people work within the organization. That's why, before launching a development effort or implementing another SAP enhancement, it's worth asking one simple question:

👉 What are we actually trying to improve?

SLAs help us measure service performance in the present, but analyzing trends, processes and root causes is what enables true Continuous Improvement.

Sometimes the right answer is a change in SAP. Other times, it's a process improvement, better data management or stronger communication between teams.

✅ Great improvements start with understanding the problem, not with selecting the solution.
