LutchamaK - Madinina Chronicles EP

Lutchamak’s strips three originals down to their raw, kinetic essences. Starting off with a transcendent tone, “Caribbean Status” launches an uplifting techno stomper through a spellbind synth loop. Sailing up towards unknown seas “Lord Register” raises an off tempo EBM propeller filled with warped textures and overdriven fills. Once the shore is near “Watch Ur Body” slaps a funkier flava, with a native vocal loop and fuzzy bass hook. On the collab side, label dweller C4STRO goes for a dub approach of ‘Watch Ur Body’, creating a organic mood with a peculiar electric guitar riff.

Up next “Lord Register” raises an off tempo EBM propeller filled with warped textures and overdriven fills. We’re back at debuting some untainted talent out there!

‘The Madinina Chronicles’ EP clings a four-track collection, fast-forwarding distinct moments in the history of the caribbean archipelago, absorbed into three original themes inspired by our guest LutchamaK and one remix from dvrst’s dweller António Castro.

After cutting his teeth through the experimental rock scene of his youth, LutchamaK dabbled mostly in drums. guitar, vocals and drum machines such as TR-505 and TR-707.
This mindset and curiosity about music delved into the early 90’s techno banners like Underground Resistance, Richard D. James, Richie Hawtin, Frankie Bones, Damon Wild, Tim Taylor, Laurent Garnier, and Scan X, having a huge influence.

Over the years, merging acoustic elements with machine-driven production catalyzed a free-aesthetic style that prioritizes rawness, curiosity, and creativity. A sound vision that has evolved into synthesizer love through arrangements defined by raw, tense, menacing rhythms.
