What happens when you say yes before you feel completely ready?

Sometimes, you get to build something meaningful.

In Part 2 of From Merry-Go-Round to Meaningful: Building a Coaching Practice in the Middle East, Coaching Life Magazine continues the story of how Empower World began and grew in Qatar.

Back in 2012, professional coaching was still relatively new in Qatar. There was no established roadmap, no ready-made system and no certainty about what would come next.

What we did have was purpose, passion, relationships and a willingness to learn as we went.

Our first ICF-approved coach training programme that year brought together ten participants. It wasn't about having everything figured out. It was about taking the next step, learning from experience and continuing to build through trust, relationships and a commitment to developing ourselves and others.

This part of the story is a reminder that meaningful work rarely starts with having all the answers.
Sometimes, you simply need the courage to begin.
