Fantastic tasting at the today. My highlights: the gorgeous , francusa baricata and Colocviu Vibe francusa sparkling wine, Davino Flamboyant 2021. Thank you all producers: Domeniile Sahateni, Domeniile la Migdali, Budureasca, Cramele Cotnari, Davino, for such a comprehensive tasting! ❤️

I’m enjoying this wine, which pairs very well with roasted chicken, roasted carrots and potatoes, basted with garlic, butter and herbs. Savoury, vegetal, very food friendly. Less famous than its red brother, this blend of , , bourboulenc , is yummy.

The sitting room is still a building site, but the new inglenook fire is roaring. Lovely . A bit young to drink now, but we need the youth spirit!

Another fabulous meal in Bucharest . Most probably my best meal this year so far, definitely worth a Michelin star. Menu with a story, gastronomic metaphors, Romanian inspired. Ode to the little Paris, how Bucharest was known in the past. Fantastic treat! ❤️
