Since joining the firm in 2017, he has helped organizations in Europe modernize their procurement operations and build stronger, more resilient supply chains. He has worked with clients in the retail and energy sectors, supporting digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

We joined Brașov Heroes once again – a community-driven initiative where people come together to run, donate, and support local causes through a fundraising program and obstacle race.
For one day, we stepped out of our routine and into something bigger – positive energy, teamwork, and the feeling of truly being part of a community that cares.
Because showing up matters.

Same purpose – different forests. 🌱
In Iași and Bucharest, our colleagues each acted for the environment – rolling up their sleeves for clean-up activities, driven by the same shared purpose.
Two cities. Two initiatives. One team spirit – leaving the forests cleaner and the communities better off. 💚

21 students. 5 teams. 3 months of learning by doing

Spring ended on a high note with our Innovation & Sustainability Internship in Sibiu, organized together with Facultatea de Stiinte Economice - Universitatea Lucian Blaga din Sibiu

For 3 months, 21 students put innovation into practice, building ideas from scratch, testing them in real life, and learning to adapt when things didn’t go as planned. From AI-powered prototypes to sustainability-driven business cases, the participants explored what it really takes to turn an idea into something that works.

With the support of our amazing colleagues, they moved step by step from defining problems to pitching their final solutions to an expert jury.

🌟 Little moments. Big impact. 🌟
This Children’s Day, our colleagues across Romania – in Iasi, Bucharest, Sibiu, Brasov and Timisoara – came together to create joyful and meaningful experiences for over 100 children.
From cookie fairs and creative workshops to outdoor games and shared laughter, each activity was a chance to connect, give back, and make the day truly special. 🎈
But beyond the activities, it was the genuine moments – listening, playing, simply being there – that made the biggest difference.
Because when we care and act together, even the smallest gestures can leave a lasting mark. ✨

BearingPoint Sibiu at Sibiu International Marathon 2026
Some runs are about distance.
This one was about purpose.
This year, 40 of our colleagues stepped up to the start line at the Sibiu International Marathon – Romania’s largest philanthropic running event – each step carrying more than effort. It carried meaning.
They ran for children and education, for vulnerable communities, for health and wellbeing, and for the cultural and environmental causes that make Sibiu such a special place. And they did it together – with heart and with the belief that small actions can truly make a difference.
At BearingPoint, we run with purpose – because impact doesn’t stop at business.
So once again, we laced up 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ and gave something back, step by step.

How was our first presence at the Poli InternationalFest? We are exploring a potential AI-focused internship or summer school collaboration. And we got great energy and even better conversations.

More than 200 students stopped by our stand at Universitatea POLITEHNICA din București, curious to learn more about BearingPoint, career paths, and working in an international environment. We met a few promising candidates and opened doors for future collaborations.
