My journey began in Cluj, in the heart of classic, rigorous study, but it took on a new life during my time in Saarbrücken. There, I was drawn into a world of experimentation, where art could be a response to the present while echoing the past. As a co-founder and artistic leader of Vault One Gallery, I believe art isn’t just about what’s on the canvas; it’s about building connections and creating spaces that invite people to see beyond. Vault One Gallery has given over 40 artists a platform, and every exhibit we curate becomes part of the conversation, challenging conventions and encouraging others to look again. Expressionism, figurative painting—these are where my roots lie. But each piece is also an invitation, a nod to something timeless yet constantly evolving, like a memory that feels vivid, even if it was never quite real.
