Testul de Siguranță ECT Delta și ECT Euromax devine obligatoriu din 1 septembrie – Tot ce trebuie să știe șoferii de containere
Testul se susține la Maasvlakte Plaza, Rotterdam și este format din 10 întrebări: 5 întrebări pentru ECT Delta și 5 întrebări pentru ECT Euromax. Pentru promovare este necesar să răspunzi corect la minimum 9 din cele 10 întrebări.

Începând cu 01 septembrie 2026, testul devine obligatoriu pentru șoferii care operează în terminalele ECT. Mulți șoferi consideră că experiența din port este suficientă, însă statisticile arată că mai mult de 50% dintre participanți nu reușesc să promoveze examenul din prima încercare.

TESTUL DE SIGURANȚĂ ECT DELTA ȘI EUROMAX DELTA DEVINE OBLIGATORIU DIN 01 SEPTEMBRIE 2026
Terminalele ECT Delta și Euromax Delta din Portul Rotterdam introduc o nouă cerință importantă pentru șoferii care efectuează operațiuni de ridicare sau predare containere. Începând cu 01 septembrie 2026, testul de siguranță va deveni obligatoriu pentru accesul în terminal.
Măsura face parte din programul ECT de îmbunătățire a siguranței și are ca scop reducerea incidentelor din interiorul terminalelor, unde operează zilnic sute de camioane și numeroase echipamente automatizate.
Atenție! Primul pas aparține companiei și dispecerului
Înainte ca șoferul să poată susține testul, compania trebuie să se asigure că profilul acestuia este configurat corect în sistemul Secure Logistic.
Practic, dispecerul sau administratorul companiei trebuie să efectueze anumite modificări și actualizări în contul Secure Logistic, astfel încât șoferul să poată primi acces la testare.
Mulți transportatori încearcă să programeze testul fără această etapă preliminară și constată că șoferul nu poate accesa platforma sau nu este recunoscut de sistem.
Din acest motiv, recomandarea este ca toate companiile care lucrează în Rotterdam să verifice din timp conturile șoferilor și să nu aștepte ultimele săptămâni înainte de introducerea obligativității.
Testul este mai dificil decât pare
Conform informațiilor disponibile în prezent, peste 50% dintre șoferii care susțin testul nu reușesc să îl promoveze din prima încercare.
Motivul principal nu este lipsa experienței în transport, ci faptul că întrebările sunt concentrate pe regulile specifice ECT și pe procedurile de siguranță din interiorul terminalelor.
Mulți șoferi presupun că experiența acumulată în port este suficientă, însă testul verifică detalii concrete despre acces, circulație, echipamente automatizate și comportamentul în zonele operaționale.
Testul este în limba engleză
Un aspect foarte important este faptul că testul se desfășoară exclusiv în limba engleză.
Pentru șoferii care nu folosesc frecvent engleza, aceasta poate reprezenta o dificultate suplimentară.
Este recomandat ca înainte de susținerea examenului să fie revizuite principalele noțiuni și termeni utilizați în terminal:
safety zone;
automated equipment;
loading area;
waiting area;
terminal rules;
restricted area;
emergency procedures;
speed limit.
Înțelegerea corectă a întrebărilor este esențială pentru promovarea testului.
Structura examenului
Testul este relativ scurt, dar foarte strict.

Mulți șoferi se așteaptă să primească explicații video înainte de test, însă acest lucru nu este disponibil.

Ce verifică testul?
Întrebările sunt bazate pe regulile prezentate în materialele de instruire ECT și pe procedurile utilizate zilnic în terminal.
Printre subiectele care pot apărea se numără:
Accesul în terminal
verificarea rezervării;
identificarea camionului;
controlul documentelor;
procedura de intrare.
Circulația în interiorul terminalului
limitele de viteză;
respectarea indicatoarelor;
utilizarea traseelor desemnate;
regulile de prioritate.
Echipamente automatizate
Terminalele ECT utilizează macarale și echipamente automate.
Șoferii trebuie să știe:
unde este permis accesul;
ce zone sunt interzise;
cum se comportă în apropierea utilajelor.
Zona de încărcare și descărcare
Pot apărea întrebări despre:
poziționarea camionului;
interdicția de deplasare în timpul operațiunilor;
verificarea twist-lock-urilor;
securizarea containerului.
Reguli generale de siguranță
Materialul video ECT insistă asupra unor reguli fundamentale:
❌ fără utilizarea telefonului în timpul conducerii;
❌ fără acces în zone restricționate;
❌ fără depășirea limitelor de viteză;
❌ fără traversarea zonelor de operare;
❌ fără ignorarea semnalizării.
De ce introduce ECT acest test?
Terminalele ECT Delta și Euromax Delta se află printre cele mai moderne și automatizate terminale de containere din Europa.
În interiorul acestora operează:
camioane;
macarale gigant;
vehicule autonome;
echipamente de manipulare automată.
Orice eroare poate genera:
⚠️ accidente;
⚠️ avarii ale containerelor;
⚠️ întârzieri operaționale;
⚠️ blocarea activității terminalului.
Prin introducerea testului, ECT urmărește ca fiecare șofer să demonstreze că înțelege regulile de bază înainte de a intra în terminal.
