ICOM Seychelles proudly participated in the ICOM Annual Meetings 2026, held on 24–25 June at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, marking ICOM’s 80th anniversary.

Under the theme "Museums Uniting the Divided World," the meetings brought together museum professionals from around the world to discuss the role of museums in promoting dialogue, understanding, and unity.

ICOM Seychelles was represented by its Chair at the 41st ICOM General Assembly and related meetings.

The National Museums bids farewell to one of its staff members, Mrs. Sharon Fernandes, who will be leaving the institution following her external transfer to another ministry.
We sincerely thank Sharon for her dedication, contribution, and service during her time with us. We wish her every success and all the very best in her new position and future endeavors.
