Condolences message on the passing of Keah Luny Chuol

we are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Gatluony that occurred on 19th June 2026.
I extend our heartfelt condolences to the immediate family, Wangbuor payam and the Bul community of Mayom.

May the cherished memories of your son/Elder' teachings, guidance, and legacy be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time. Elder Gatluony was an exemplary figure, renowned for his kindness, compassion, and wisdom. His passing has left an un-fillable void in the lives of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

Please know that you're not alone in your grief. We're with you and the entire family in prayers, and we'll continue to support you through this challenging period.

Public Notification:
Dear Honorable & distinguish members;
On behalf of Bul Community general assembly and my capacity as Chairperson of BCA executive board, allow me for this opportunity to notify you officially and bring your attention in line with constitutional respect and democracy ethics as every members of Bul community that, our constitutional mandate term is going to an end on the 3rd week of February 2026 through the BCA 5th convention toward the general election on the 4th week of February 2026 according to the article 31, clause (a) of the BCA constitution 2020.
Any further postponement of the election on the stated date will base on the electoral board decision.
Any arrangement according to the article 32, clause (a) &(b) of the BCA constitution 2020.
Therefore; I argue every members of this beloved community who is willing to serve this community in the upcoming leadership shall be prepared and ready for the fair and free election according to the article 31, clause (g) & (h), read together with article 11, sub article (2), read together with article 12, clause (a) & (b) of the BCA constitution 2020.

Honourable & distinguish members;
Time is yours, the constitution is ours, your attentive manner is always noticable, democratically valued and delightful moral principles with BCA constitution 2020, but the BCA 5th convention scheduled timetable with be release out in the 3rd week of February 2026 by the electoral board, within that timetable, the EB will also enlisted all equipments and categories of the 5th convention February 2026.
