Tucked in Yen Akat, this little Sathorn spot is giving New York energy with Bangkok attitude. Smoked salmon stacked properly, cream cheese that doesn’t hold back, and coffee that means business. An order of a bagel in-store came with sides of homemade coleslaw, pickles and a splash of salsa.

Brunch meetings, solo reset days, low-key date spot — it works.

Nestled into the little lanes of Vibhavadi Rangsit 16, Bangkok - a quiet, Japanese-leaning minimalist aesthetic café tucked Bangkok’s everyday rhythm — clean lines, soft light, zero noise. The space feels intentional, calm, and built for slow mornings or focused catch-ups. Locals could be seen entering and leaving the premises frequently. I kicked off with an Iced Caramel Macchiato — silky layers of espresso, milk and amber sweetness that hit just right, followed by a playful Popcorn Caramel Matcha that matched surprisingly well. The subtle popcorn flavor that softened the matcha tartness was delicious. The plain croissant was unapologetically flaky and buttery. Loved it.

As we sit writing this post, our tummies are rumbling. Staring at the photos is making us crave for grilled pork neck again.

This place is awarded a Michelin Star in 2019. Delicious Grilled Pork Neck (คอหมูย่าง) that came with a spicy sauce (น้ำจิ้มแจ่ว) and Grilled Pork Neck Salad (ยำคอหมูย่าง), which were the stars of the show.

How could we forget this famous dish? We ordered the Salted Egg Corn Salad (ส้มตำข้าวโพดไข่เค็ม) and the Thai Papaya Salad (ส้มตำไทย). Sweet and spicy, it riled up our taste buds!

Laab Moo(ลาบหมู) which stands for chopped pork was wonderfully seasoned, the minced pork soaked up the sauces really well.

The Hot and Spicy Pork Ribs Soup (ต้มแซ่บซี่โครงหมู) was really delicious, It was sour and spicy, by then we were really sweating.

Fried Chicken Waterfall (น้ำตกไก่ทอด). Nam Tok is a traditional Thai salad mixed with meats tossed with a dressing of lime, fish sauce, and spicy chilies. The meaty salad is often prepared with toasted rice powder, shallots, and fresh herbs like mint and coriander.

Isaan Sausage(ไส้กรอกอีสาน), usually made with a mixture of ground pork meat and fat, combined with garlic, sticky rice, salt, and pepper. The sour and garlicky taste was a winner.

We loved the food and place. It wasn't too expensive and the food was worth the wait. Probably good to go when it's not during the peak hours. It's always bustling with people!
