RESOLUTION OF DILI COURSE ACADEMY
We, the undersigned, being the duly appointed members of the Management/Board of Dili Course Academy (DCA), hereby adopt and approve the following resolution in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations of the Academy:
WHEREAS:
Dili Course Academy is a legally established educational institution committed to advancing capacity building, professional development, academic excellence, and community empowerment in Timor-Leste;
The Academy seeks to strengthen its institutional role through strategic programs, partnerships, and sustainable initiatives aligned with national and international development priorities;
It is necessary to formalize decisions taken by the leadership to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective implementation of institutional mandates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Approval of Decision / Activity / Program
The Management/Board of Dili Course Academy hereby approves and authorizes:

Authorization
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dili Course Academy, Mr. Jo, is hereby fully authorized to act on behalf of the Academy to:

Communicate with relevant stakeholders, partners, or authorities;
Take all necessary actions to ensure the effective implementation of this resolution.
Compliance and Reporting
All actions taken pursuant to this resolution shall comply with applicable laws and internal regulations, and progress shall be reported to the Management/Board as required.
Effectivity
