𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫.

One thing I’ve learned as a Software Developer is this:

A business does not need 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 just because technology is available.

It needs the 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦.

Because you can spend millions on software and still have:
→ slow processes
→ disconnected systems
→ poor customer experiences
→ data nobody uses
→ teams doing manually what should have been automated
→ expensive systems that solve the wrong problem.

That’s why I don’t look at technology as simply “𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘸𝘦𝘣𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦, 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘱𝘱”

I look at the 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦.

What are we trying to achieve?
Where is the bottleneck?
What should be automated?
What data should decision-makers actually see?
How should the systems communicate?
What needs to scale?
And most importantly, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞?

Because good technology should not just 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞.

𝐈𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.

For business owners and decision-makers, the question isn't:

"𝐃𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲?"

The better question is:

"𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐮𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲?"

That is where my interest in technology gets really exciting.

I don’t just want to write code.

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞.

And honestly, that conversation is far more interesting than just talking about code.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🌍✨

Youth is not just an age. It is a season of courage, possibility, learning, building, and becoming.

We are often told that we are 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰.

But honestly? 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠.

Young people are already building businesses, creating technology, leading teams, solving problems, challenging systems, creating jobs, telling stories, and transforming communities.

We don't need to wait for a seat at the table.
We need to 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐬.

And yes, sometimes we will get it wrong.
Sometimes we will question ourselves.
Sometimes we will feel behind because someone else seems to be achieving everything at 25 while we're still figuring things out.

That's okay.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞'𝐬.

Keep learning.
Keep building.
Keep asking questions.
Keep creating.
Keep showing up.

And when you get the opportunity to rise, 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤.

Because true impact isn't just about how far you go.
It's also about how many people are able to go further because you went first.

To every young person figuring life out, building from scratch, starting again, dreaming boldly, or simply trying to make it through another day:

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Don't underestimate what can happen when young people stop waiting for permission and start creating the future they want to see.

Sometimes you just get tired.
Tired of trying.
Tired of waiting.
Tired of pretending you’re okay.

Entrepreneurship doesn't just test your skills.

It exposes your character.

Discipline beats motivation.
Consistency beats talent.
Patience beats shortcuts.

It's always interesting when companies like Google roll out new capabilities to selected users before wider release. It gives you a glimpse into where technology is heading.

One thing I've learned as a software and web developer is that AI is no longer just about generating text.

It's becoming deeply integrated into the tools businesses use every day.

Think about what this means for businesses:

• Faster document creation and editing

• Smarter spreadsheet analysis

• Better collaboration across teams

• Reduced time spent on repetitive administrative work

• Improved productivity without increasing headcount

Many business owners still see AI as "𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦."

The reality is that it's already becoming part of the software we use daily.

As developers, we have a responsibility to understand these technologies early, not just because they're exciting, but because our clients will soon expect AI-powered experiences in their websites, business systems, and mobile applications.

The businesses that start adapting today will have a significant advantage tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to exploring these new features and seeing what practical lessons they offer for building smarter digital solutions.
