Just after a few days of wearing a Lingo CGM, owner of Superior Health Apparel found seeing his real-glucose data in the Lingo app incredibly insightful. He started learning how individualized diet and lifestyle can be and figured out when his body needed more nourishment to help with glucose dips that happened through the night. He is excited to give his body more nourishment in a healthy way.

Menopause can bring more changes than hot flashes. As hormone levels shift, your body's response to insulin can change too, making your glucose more likely to rise and fluctuate.

This Menopause Awareness Month, here are a few ways to support your body during this transition:
🥚 Eat plenty of protein
🥦 Load up on fiber
🏋️ Stay active and build strength with resistance training
😴 Prioritize quality sleep

These four habits can help support muscle health, energy, glucose balance, and overall wellness during menopause. (1-6)

Grits & potato wedges = Glucose spikes. Who knew? 😳

For James, it’s grits. For Dr Chatterjee, sweet potato wedges make his glucose spike. After spotting hidden sugars and seeing bigger spikes than expected while tracking their glucose, they both made different choices.

Dr. Chatterjee's take? Small habit changes can help you spend more time in a healthier glucose range. That's why Lingo just teamed up with this leading physician, author, and podcast host.

Changing your daily choices to improve glucose health can help reduce your risk of getting prediabetes or type 2 diabetes in the future. Start Lingo today and save 10% on our 4-week plans with code LIVEMORE10. No prescription needed. Link in bio.*

Think being active requires hours in the gym? Think again. Abbott Global Nutritionist Pamela Nisevich Bede shares five tips that can help you easily work more movement into your life.

➡️ Start small and stay consistent. Maybe commit to a 10-minute walk and then add more minutes or distance gradually.

➡️ Fuel before you move with 10 grams of protein, a serving of whole grain carbs or fruit plus 10-20oz of water.

➡️ Find a form of movement that you look forward to, whether it’s pilates or pickleball. It will help make it a lasting habit.

➡️ Celebrate progress, not perfection. Can’t make a 50-minute class but have time for a 15-minute walk. That’s a win.

➡️ Find an accountability partner. A friend, coworker, neighbor, or even a dog can make it easier to consistently show up.

🍗 Build meals around protein and fiber-rich foods.
🥦 Add color with a variety of non-starchy veggies.
💪 Increase muscle mass through strength training.
😴 Prioritize quality sleep by aiming for 7 – 9 hours a night.
