📣📣📣 Pug Meetup this Saturday, August 1st @10 to 12pm. All small dogs welcome. North Domingo Baca Dog Park, small dog side. Whisk Co. Matcha 🍵 matcha 🍵 will be set up 10 to 1pm and 10% of their sales will go to the pug ranch to help with Clark Kent’s surgery. 😊

Unfortunately, we (Mike and Tracy) will not be there as we are still out of town on summer break enjoying the lake in Minnesota & will be back in another week or so!! Take pictures, have fun!!! 🤩

Update!! We just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to everybody who donated for Clark’s emergency room stay! He is finally eating and taking his meds with Becky as a guest and having some rest.

He will be coming up to Albuquerque in another 10 days once we get back, and we are scheduled for surgery for his jaw.

We also wanted to post his ER bill that we paid already for full transparency, and we will also let you know the cost of his upcoming jaw surgery. So far, donations covered at least 50% of his ER bill. 👏🏻🎉

He is doing so so well considering where he started!!! Clark Kent deserved a chance!!!!!

🐾 Meet Boba! 🐾

Boba is a 7-year-old Pug weighing about 24 pounds, and this laid-back girl is ready for the loving home she deserves.

Boba came to Lap Dog Rescue with a serious skin condition that caused her to lose about half of her fur. She is feeling so much better now, and her beautiful coat is beginning to grow back. She is currently taking antibiotics and steroids, which her veterinarian expects she will need for approximately one more month.

Boba also has dry eye and needs artificial tears a few times each day.

Through it all, Boba has maintained her wonderful disposition. She loves going for walks and car rides, sleeping, soaking up attention, eating treats, and basking in the sunshine. She uses the dog door, isn’t a picky eater, and doesn’t guard her food or toys.

Boba would be happy as an only dog or living with canine friends. She has recently started playing with both the larger and smaller dogs in her foster home.

This sweet girl simply wants a comfortable place to call her own. Would you be willing to give Boba the chance she deserves?

🐾 Meet Rosie—the cutest little Pug puppy with wrinkles for days!

Rosie is a six-month-old, 12-pound female Pug with a beautiful apricot coat. She is playful, brave, affectionate, and loves snuggling with her people. When Rosie sleeps on the bed, she wants to be right beside your head—and yes, this adorable little girl snores!

Rosie loves playing tug-of-war and gets along well with dogs of different ages and sizes. Her ideal home will give her plenty of attention and have another dog for companionship.

She uses a dog door and usually goes outside to do her business, but she is still learning exactly where she should go. Her new family will need to be patient and continue reinforcing good potty habits.

Rosie is not a picky eater and does not try to take food from the other dogs. Her compatibility with cats and children is unknown.

Rosie is spayed and ready to bring plenty of cuddles, playfulness, and Pug personality to her forever home!
