"Like driving around with your emergency brake on"... hail damage deluxe!

Hybrid Heat pump water heater install, D.O.A. defect on the discharge fan assembly. Factory Tech Support sent out a brand-new fan assembly, this is how easy it would have been to repair, hindsight is 20/20 as they say. The loose blower wheel shaft nut must have been missed on final assembly and inspection?
