Always tired? It might not be your thyroid.
Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms I hear about in primary care, but the thyroid isn't always the cause.
Poor sleep, sleep apnea, iron deficiency, vitamin deficiencies, diabetes, stress, medication side effects, and many other conditions can leave you feeling exhausted.
The good news? You don't have to guess. A proper medical evaluation can help identify the underlying cause so you can get the right treatment.
Have you ever been told your thyroid was normal, but you still felt tired? Share your experience or questions in the comments—I may cover them in a future video.

High blood pressure is often called the "silent killer" for a reason.
Most people with high blood pressure feel completely normal—even while it may be causing damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes.
That's why checking your blood pressure regularly is so important. Don't wait until you have symptoms to find out something is wrong.
Knowing your numbers today could help prevent a heart attack or stroke tomorrow.
Do you know your blood pressure? Tell me your last reading in the comments (if you're comfortable sharing), or let me know if you have questions about managing high blood pressure.

Taking a GLP-1 but the scale has stopped moving? Don't give up just yet.
A weight-loss plateau doesn't always mean your medication has stopped working. As you lose weight, your body changes—and sometimes your nutrition, exercise routine, sleep, stress levels, or even your medication plan may need to change too.
Remember: GLP-1s are a powerful tool, but they're not the entire treatment plan.
Have you hit a plateau? How long have you been on your GLP-1? Let me know in the comments—I may answer your question in a future video.

What happens when you stop a GLP-1?
Many people are surprised to learn that weight regain is common after stopping medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide. That doesn't mean the medication failed—it means obesity is a chronic disease that often requires long-term management.
The best results come from combining medication with sustainable lifestyle changes, including nutrition, exercise, strength training, sleep, and ongoing medical follow-up.
If you're thinking about stopping your GLP-1, make sure you have a plan in place.
