Managing records in O365 still requires additional support if your organization wants to do it correctly. With the introduction of the Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft might have taken a step towards centralizing your retention, eDiscovery and classification efforts, but they have a lot of road still to travel before it becomes a truly viable solution.
