🏋️‍♀️ ANIKA LIFTS TOMORROW! 🇺🇸

Anika takes the platform Sunday, August 23 at approximately 2:00 PM South Africa time — 7:00 AM Appleton time!

We’ll be watching from South Africa, and you can watch right along with us at the link below. ❤️🤍💙

A heads-up: there are several lifters in her session, so you may need to watch a couple of the other girls lift before Anika is up. Her exact platform time can shift a little depending on how quickly the session moves.

Tomorrow she gets to do what she came all the way to South Africa to do:

Represent Team USA on the world stage. 🇺🇸

Let’s show up for her, Appleton. ❤️💪

Anika made it to Newark! 🇺🇸✈️🇿🇦

After a long road trip from Wisconsin all the way to New Jersey, with plenty of miles and state lines behind us, Anika is officially at Newark and waiting for the big flight to South Africa later tonight.

She’s calm, happy, and taking it all in.

Her parents? Excited, proud… and only mildly stressed. 😂

Next stop: South Africa.
This is getting very real. ❤️🤍💙
