My neighbor filled my swimming pool with concrete because my kids were “TOO LOUD” — but she had no idea what I was going to do next.
I have four young children, and during the summer, they absolutely love spending time in our backyard pool. My late husband built it himself, and it was the final project he managed to complete before he passed away. I lost him to cancer two years ago.
One afternoon, while my kids were swimming, our neighbor, Katherine, opened the gate in my fence and walked straight into my backyard without permission.
