We’ve been keeping a secret..
D2 Threads has expanded in the past three months. Not once, but TWICE.
As soon as we think we’re finally settled into the new shop a year later, there’s a plot twist and another step of growth. But, our expectations are high for delivering the best product and service to each of you.
3 months ago, the back wall of our shop was knocked out and a dedicated expansion for embroidery was built out for “future growth” and room to fully operate. This left screen printing and graphics side up front solely.
That didn’t last the year we thought it might.
Because, a 6 head embroidery machine was added to our family last week - increasing production capabilities and faster turnaround times for your orders without compromising our standard. Y’all believe in and trust us, so we won’t settle for anything less.
Just remember : if you listen to everything everyone says or how they laugh at your ideas, you’ll never know what might be waiting for you on the other side. Lots of hustle, days of being ready to quit, betting on yourself and having faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.

Back to school has officially kicked off in the shop as our tables are covered up with backpacks in the embroidery room 📚✏️✂️
Did you know we don’t just embroider hats and polos/shirts? We’ll do jacket backs, bags, hats, beanies, pullovers, graduation stoles, visors and a little bit in between. If you can envision it, we’re up for the challenge!

The shop doesn’t always get weekends off around here when boxes are piled up all around the shop… but, just means more branded merch is heading out the door to each of you soon!
Also, we’ve been a little MIA here lately because 1) y’all are keeping us oh so busy with orders (& we’re loving it!!!) and 2) we’ve been working on a few things behind the scenes — including one that gets delivered this week!!! Can’t wait to bring y’all along for the big day👏🏼⚡️

While we were sad to hear their big 4th of July celebration tours in DC and Philly were cancelled due to a heat wave over the weekend, we couldn’t be more proud of these ladies and always representing Athens in the best way.

It’s been a busy past few days in the shop and closing out the week strong👊🏼⚡️
Over 500 Richardson, Flexfit, and OTTO hats are on deck in the embroidery room and some haven’t even come in yet. There’s something satisfying about watching these hats go from plain to rocking your logo with pride!!
