“This October, SOAP traveled up to Emory’s Hope Lodge, a facility for long-distance patients with cancer and their caregivers to stay while receiving treatment. We cooked spaghetti, bread, and prepared a salad for the residents. We got to eat together, hear their stories, and even compete in a pool matchup with some of the patients!
