Geek Chorus

A sneak peak at our third album, an EP entitled "Salvage." On this one, we've taken six songs from our aborted "InQuest" podcast and repurposed them as full-fledged songs.

This is one of Pat's tunes, which will be the album closer. Featuring Pat on vocals, guitar, banjitar, orchestration, and bass, and Brian on drums, harmonica, guitar-case bashing, and 5-gallon-plastic-bucket-whacking. As usual, mastering by the ever-reliable and talented Jason NeSmith at Chase Park Transduction.

Available on Spotify et al, of course: https://open.spotify.com/track/6F1RXtvm4EAGSSdvFZcT9K

Well, the hits just keep on a-comin'...Writing and recording of our third album has already begun in earnest. This one will be a tad different. You may recall our first-ever effort, the soundtrack to the aborted InQuest history podcast. That has now been removed from public availability. Whatever flaws it might have had, it was filled with some great tunes whose potential was too clear to waste. Thus was born the current album-in-progress, tentatively entitled "Salvage." We are taking six of the best InQuest tunes and reworking/expanding them into fully realized songs. Stay tuned over the next few months, and if the creek don't rise, we'll have it done by year's end.

"Danse Macabre" is our attempt to be Nightmare-Before-Christmas-era Danny Elfman, and Pat has made a cute little video to drive it home. You can check it out here:
