We’d love to have you ☺️

What a blessing these past few days have been!
And I do not take a single one of them for granted.
From delicious treats to community and matcha, it is such a joy getting to wake up each day and do what I love for a living!

What’s the first picture in the line up, you may ask?
I began my teacher training program in 2021.
Due to a car accident, my test out was delayed until 2023.

The test had 4 parts
-Demonstration of Exercises-Passed
-Demonstration of Teaching-Passed
-Essay Portion/Case Study-Passed
-Multiple Choice???? Yeahhhhh, not so much.

Fun fact of the day…
Pilates Instructors do not have to be certified through any course to teach Pilates.
Anyone can come in off the street and say they are an instructor and no governing authority is telling them they can’t.

Even without passing, I was given an amazing opportunity to continue growing and learning at my Studio in Dallas
But it kind of bugged me I never got the certificate

In opening my space here in Athens, I wanted y’all to know
-The time
-The work
-The effort
-The education
That I had put in to provide y’all the best movement experience possible

So I reached back out this Summer
Thankfully I was given an informal, Zoom test
And I PASSED🎉🎉🎉

Y’all consistently push me to better myself
To grow out of my comfort zones
To work harder for y’all

Y’all make me a better instructor
And I am forever thankful for that

Mat and Matcha was a SUCCESS😍😍😍

These fabulous people came and killed it at Pilates
And then treated themselves to some delicious treats and Flying Pig Coffee Matcha🥰🥰🥰
(Also, always thankful for the etxarboretum and their beautiful space for us to move!)

It was a beautiful day of community, movement, and laughter
And my heart could not be more full!

What a blessing y’all are to me!
What a joy this event was!
And we can’t wait to do more!!!

Next up…Puppies and Pilates is coming BACK!
October 24th🎉🎉🎉
