Integration Pilates

When I say Pilates is only a part of a well rounded movement system, I mean it.

My husband and I workout with a trainer weekly and include our own cardio and strength training when we can.

But I do Pilates and my Husband only comes when I force him😂
And guess who recovers faster?
Guess who can lift more?
Guess who doesn’t injure as often?

I write this with tears in my eyes.
One year ago today, my dream became a reality.

365 days ago I opened Integration Pilates with a desire to bring the life changing benefits of Pilates that I have experienced to my hometown.
I was terrified (still am😂)

But today I get to be proud and celebrate
For having a full client roster
(Y’all know I love my giveaways and this would have been PERFECT! But I literally have no open slots for new clients to do a giveaway😭😭😭)

And I owe most of my thanks to Y’ALL

Who have entrusted me with your movement experience
Who have become friends
Who I have created cherished memories with
