Kids Helping Community
Kids Helping Community is a student-led outreach program at Heritage, created over a decade ago as part of the school curriculum.
Students continue the legacy by serving the homeless, helping families in need, and cleaning local parks and neighborhoods. All images and data are copywritten by Heritage Montessori for educational purpose and fall under educational property and privacy laws.

This weekend, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by reflecting on his lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and strengthening communities. Dr. King believed that real change happens when people come together to serve others and uplift those around them.
As a school community, we are reminded that service can take many forms—helping a neighbor, showing kindness, standing up for others, and working together for the common good. Every act of service, big or small, makes a difference.
I encourage our students and families to honor Dr. King’s legacy this weekend by finding meaningful ways to serve and support our community.
Thank you for being a community that leads with compassion and care.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful Christmas season and a bright New Year.
